We had a wonderful stay in Perranporth right by the beach and town. We stayed in an apartment and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the inner courtyard. Its location was marvelous and stunning, relatively close to Perranporth Beach.

It had a perfect setting near perranporth for several years, town centre and local Supermarket & Shops, Pubs. I had a warm welcome from the owner.

Rooms were very small.

Tile/marble floor: The apartment at Dunes View-Atlantic Bay had a stunning tile/marble floor that made me feel like I was walking on a crisp, white sandy beach, transporting me to a tropical paradise.

Slightly cold: Despite the heaters in the apartment, I found it slightly chilly during my stay. However, the issue was easily resolved with a cozy blanket, and it didn't have a significant impact on my overall experience.

The apartment had everything we needed, including a bodyboard and windbreak. Close proximity to the beach. Stayed during a hot week in August and the apartment was always cool. Convenient for exploring Cornwall. A book provided operating instructions for appliances. Allocated parking spot provided.

It was also very clean and well-maintained, with modern and tasteful decor. the hosts had thoughtfully provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

While there weren't many negatives, the apartment did feel slightly cold, especially during the cold weekend we stayed. However, the heaters and blankets provided helped to keep the chill out.

Stayed in a place where I could hike, dive, and fish. Such a thrill. The airport being 37 km away was just the cherry on top of the cake.

Didn't like having so many adventurous activities at my fingertips. Who needs excitement when you can stay in a boring hotel?

This place made us feel at home and we didn't want to leave after staying for 3 nights.

The bathroom had a bit of condensation, but it quickly dried out. Ventilation in the apartment could be better, as it felt a bit damp at times.

The exterior might not impress, but the impeccably clean flat felt brand new. A short 5-minute walk to the unspoilt beach made for heavenly proximity. The community feel of the lovely little place was a refreshing touch. Conveniently located near the high street with well-maintained decor and attentive owners.

The location of Dunes View - Atlantic Bay was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. Just a short walk from the apartment and we were right on the beautiful Perranporth beach. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, even providing milk and biscuits for our arrival. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed, including a bonus body board and windbreak. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Despite being in a block of flats, the area was surprisingly quiet and peaceful, thanks to the management keeping a close eye on noise. It was such a relief to have a peaceful retreat after a long day at the beach. We also appreciated the apartment staying cool during the hot August weather. And even though the apartment block may not look impressive from the outside, it is truly a hidden gem inside.

There was a slight lack of space in the apartment for our family of four, as we had to leave our suitcases in the lounge. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have a dust pan and brush to clean up the sand we tracked in from the beach.

I had such a wonderful stay at Dunes View - Atlantic Bay. The apartment was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to the beach and the charming town center. The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. Despite the chilly weekend, the heaters in the flat kept me warm and cozy. I loved every minute of my stay and will definitely be recommending this place to others. a fantastic experience.
